Who we are

We are the controller of the personal data you send us and are responsible for how it is stored and used, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
What we collect
What you send us when you get in touch. When you message us on LINE or WhatsApp, or call, we receive the name or account name you use, your phone number, and whatever you write — usually your travel dates, group size, pickup point and the route you want.
Website access data. Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, records standard technical access data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for security and to keep the site working. We do not review this data at an individual level.
This site currently runs no analytics tools and sets no marketing cookies. If we enable them later, we will ask for your consent first and update this page to match reality.
What we use it for
- Answering questions, quoting prices and confirming your booking
- Coordinating on the day itself, such as pickup times and meeting points
- Keeping a booking record in case of a later dispute
Our legal basis is that processing is necessary to perform the service you asked us for, and our legitimate interest in running that service properly. We do not use your details for marketing without asking you first.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell or trade your data. Some third parties are involved by the nature of the service:
- The apps we talk on. Messages you send through LINE or WhatsApp are also covered by those providers' own privacy policies, not only ours.
- Our website host. This site runs on Cloudflare Pages.
- Authorities, only where the law requires disclosure.
How long we keep it
Chat history stays in our messaging accounts for as long as those accounts are in use. Booking details needed for accounting or dispute purposes are kept only as long as the law requires. Once there is no reason to keep them, we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.
Photos of guests
We will not publish photos showing you or anyone travelling with you on our website or any online channel unless you give clear permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time, and we will remove the photo from any channel we control as soon as we can.
Your rights
Under Thai data protection law you have the right to:
- See what data we hold about you and request a copy
- Have inaccurate or out-of-date data corrected
- Ask us to delete your data, or to stop using it
- Object to our processing in certain cases
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier
- Complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee if you think we got it wrong
